Refund & Cancellation Policy

Geet sells credits. One credit makes one song. This page explains what happens when something goes wrong, and when money, as opposed to a credit, is returned.

If a song fails

If a song cannot be generated, or does not finish in time, the credit returns to your account automatically. You do not need to ask. The credit history in the app shows the return.

If the song is not what you asked for

If the song comes back in the wrong language, genre or voice, or gets a name wrong, use “Not what you asked for?” on the song in the app. Where our records confirm the mismatch, the credit is returned automatically. Otherwise a person reviews the report and replies within 24 hours.

You see and can edit the lyrics before a song is generated, so a change of mind about lyrics you approved is not grounds for a credit return.

Refunds of money

Purchased credits are not refundable for cash, except in these cases:

• you were charged twice, or charged without receiving the credits;
• we are unable to deliver a working song after a credit return and retry, and you ask for your money back for that purchase;
• the law where you live gives you a right to a refund.

How to ask depends on where you paid:

• Apple App Store or Google Play: refunds are handled by the store under its policy. Request one through Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (your order history). We can help with the details the store asks for.
• On this website (Razorpay): email support@turtletechsai.com within 7 days of the purchase with the phone number or email on your account and the payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days.

Cancellation

There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. A song request cannot be cancelled once generation has started; if it fails, the credit is returned as above. Unused credits stay in your account and do not expire.

Delivery

Geet is a digital product; nothing is shipped. Songs are usually ready within about two minutes of approving the lyrics and are delivered in the app, with a gift link you can share. If a song is delayed beyond a few minutes, it is treated as failed and the credit is returned.
