Delete your account

You can delete your Geet account and the data linked to it at any time.

In the app

1. Open Geet and go to Account.
2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Want a copy first? Use Account → Export my data to download your songs, lyrics and details.

Without the app

Email support@turtletechsai.com from the email on your account, or include the phone number you signed in with. We will confirm it is you and then delete the account.

What happens

• Your account, songs and gift pages are hidden immediately. Gift links you shared stop working.
• Your profile, songs, lyrics, videos, photos, recipient details and reminders are erased within 30 days.
• Unused credits are lost when the account is deleted.

What we keep

Purchase records (transaction id, product, amount and currency) are kept for 8 years because Indian accounting rules require it. They are no longer linked to your songs or profile.

Deleting only some data

You can delete a single song, a recipient or a photo in the app without deleting your account. Deleted songs can be restored for 30 days and are then erased.
